The tenant may cancel the booking at any time before the start of the holiday. The decisive point in time is the receipt of the written cancellation notice by the lessor. The respective cancellation conditions apply.

In the event of premature cancellation of the stay, the full rental price must be paid. In the event of cancellation before arrival with subsequent re-letting of the house during the booked period, we charge a flat-rate processing fee of € 75.00. We recommend travel cancellation insurance.
