First floor

On the first floor, you’ll find an open living-dining room flooded with light. The stylish dining table with modern and comfortable chairs invites you to get together and enjoy yourself/ each other’s company.

In the fully equipped kitchen you’ll find everything you need.

Furthermore, there is a spacious bath room with a shower bath.

Second floor

On the second floor, you’ll find two bed rooms. One with a double bed, the other with two single beds.

Aside from that there is a bright and spacious bath room with a window and a toilet.

Terrace

From the living-dining room you can access the terrace. It will take you only a few steps to reach the swimming-pool used by all guests. Enjoy a nice breakfast combined with a great view of the beautiful garden.

Denia - "The Pearl of the Costa Blanca"

Denia is often described as “The Pearl of the Costa Blanca”. It’s located in the center of the region called Valencia (roughly 100 km afar from the cities Alicante and Valencia) and therefore it is a great starting point for exploring the area.

With a pleasant average temperature of 19 degree Celsius the World Health Organization and physicians recommend Denia for its healing climate. Aside from that Denia has been awarded with the prize for best climate Spain’s and “climate benchmark” from the governmental department.
